Our client a large, successful privately owned house builder who operates throughout the South West, has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Land Buyer. You must have a proven track record in successfully sourcing both greenfield and brownfield land, with the ability to identify market potential and network effectively within the marketplace. It is essential that you have a good understanding of the development process, are able to deal effectively with local authorities, landowners and their representatives, and can guide a professional team through the land purchase process.
